Author: as well as. Eines der fest installierten Events des Münchner Faschings, bei dem regelmäßig jede Menge Publikum mit guter Stimmung dabei ist, um ausgelassen zu feiern und zu tanzen.
2012 findet sogar ein Jubiläum statt – der traditionelle Tanz jährt sich in der momentanen Ausführung zum 25. Mal. Die eigentlichen Wurzeln der Tradition reichen viel weiter – schon vor über 100 Jahren tanzten die “Marktweiber” vor ihren Ständen. Im Jahre 1987 wurde auf Initiative von Frau Hildgard Karnoll von Karnoll’s Back und Kaffeestand der gemeinsame Tanz zur volkstümlichen Musik eingeführt und hat sich seitdem bewährt.
Wo bekommt man seinen Doktor in zwei Stunden? Natürlich auf dem Münchner Medizinerball, der seit Jahren immer wieder am Rosenmontag im Fasching im Hotel Bayerischer Hof stattfindet. Früher noch ein närrischer Kostümball, heute ein Maskenball, bei dem jeder seine eleganteste Garderobe aus dem Schrank holen darf. Für alle, die sich im Fasching sowieso lieber gut einkleiden als sich zu verkleiden eine willkommene Gelegenheit. Die elegante Location im Hotel Bayerischer Hof besticht ebenso mit Glanz und Glamour.
Für gute Musik und ein abwechslungsreiches Showprogramm sorgen mehrere Gruppen. Die Showkapelle “Sunset” mit Peter und seinen Sängerinnen spielt auf, später wird DJ Robert mit den aktuellen Charts und beliebten Evergreens die Menschen auf die Tanzfläche locken. Zwischendrin findet das Showprogramm zum Genießen statt.
Der Moosacher Faschingsclub, der einer der besten und anspruchsvollsten Münchens ist, wartet mit gekonnten Gags, wundervollen Kostümen und einer fantastischen Choreographie auf. Die Narhalla werden mit dem offiziellen Faschingsprinzenpaar Münchens einziehen und ihr Programm zum Besten geben. Natürlich dürfen auf einer Faschingsveranstaltung auch die Funkemariechen nicht fehlen. Die Sporttanzgruppe “Showfunken” aus Taufkirchen darf sich mit Recht als eine der besten Amateurtanzgruppen Deutschlands bezeichnen, denn sie gewannen bereits zahlreiche Titel und bieten mit über 30 Tänzern und einer Lichtshow ein eindrucksvolles Programm.
Auch an die Singles ist natürlich gedacht, from 19 Uhr gibt es einen Single-Sektempfang an der Ball-Bar des Hotels, dort haben alle genügend Geölegenheit und Zeit, sich richtig kennenzulernen und eventuell sogar schon einen Ballpartner zu finden?

Standen bislang einzelne Instrumente im Mittelpunkt, so setzt der BMW Welt Jazz Award 2012 erstmals einen inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt: Sechs herausragende Repräsentanten der internationalen Jazz-Zentren Oslo, Paris, Barcelona, Vienna, Tokio und New York präsentieren das breite Spektrum des Jazz mit individuellen und landestypischen Elementen.

Zahlreiche bekannte Gesichter der Volksmusik treten auf, für Fans genauso wie für Leute, die sich einmal einen Eindruck machen wollen, eine willkommene Gelegenheit. Entwickelt wurden die Volksmusik-Tage in den 90er Jahren von Pepi Bachmair, dem Wirt des Gasthof Fraunhofer und dem Musiker Richard Kurländer.

Alle 7 Jahre tanzen die Schäffler durch München – eine Tradition, die sich seit 1517 wiederholt. Früher war dies nur der Berufsgruppe der “Schäffler”, so wurden damals die Fassmacher genannt, vorbehalten. Heute dürfen sich auch Teilnehmer aus anderen Berufsgruppen anschließen.

Im Schäfflerzug befinden sich auch zwei Kasperln, die zwischen den reifenschwingenden Tänzern hin und her sausen.

Zauberer, Illusionisten und großartige Künstler sind der Schlüssel zum Erfolg von Magic!. Da machen sich Körperteile selbstständig, Frauen verschwinden und tauchen an anderen Orten wieder auf. Die energiegeladene Show von Oscar, Renzo und Mara die das Ensemble “Magic Unlimited” zeigen eine spektakuläre Feuershow.

Gemeinsam mit Pferden, dem Publikum und vielen Artisten und Künstlern macht er sich auf die Reise ins Ungewisseund entdeckt dabei Geheimnisse über die wunderbare Beziehung zwischen Menschen und Pferden.
Für Kinder genauso wie für Erwachsene enfaltet die romantische Lichter-Show ihre Anziehungskraft, auch Musik und Theater kommen hier nicht zu kurz. Mit dabei ist auch die mittlerweile europaweit bekannte Stimme der Apassionata-Gala: Andris Halla.
