The festival of encounters organized by the Protestant Church takes place 2011 for the fifth time. It is a festival of new music and contemporary visual arts, which is intended to encourage people of all religions and opinions to discuss. The church and personal faith should enter into dialogue with today's art, Points of contention and differences of opinion are expressly not excluded.

Under the theme “in between” over 40 Various arts and installations are shown at events. Visitors should be in conversation, Pastors and parishioners find new ideas. Many of the mainly young artists exhibiting deal with the topics of remembrance culture and memory, Paintings are shown, Photographs as well as video- and room installations, which are developed for the church interior.

The musical program is designed by well-known church musicians.
